Peralta flew almost 7,000
miles from Argentina to be at this year's London
Golf Show - and he believes it has been worth every penny.
Peralta undertook an arduous 12-hour journey from Buenos Aires to exhibit
at the event and does not regret it for one moment.
The Argentine, who started his company, Patagonia Golf,
eight years ago, is the only exhibitor from South
America at ExCeL London this year and has been overwhelmed by
the reaction he has had from the public.
Peralta, who has also proved very popular with fellow
exhibitors, said: "It was a long way to come but has been very
worthwhile and the response has been much better than I expected.
"I'm a little bit surprised I'm the only person
here from South America but that was one of
the attractions in coming over for the show.
"I've taken a lot of bookings and I've already
made up my mind - I'm definitely coming back again next year."
More than 70 per cent of Peralta's bookings come from golfers in the United Kingdom and he is hopeful that will increase further as people realise what golf in his country has to offer.
There are more than 200 courses in Argentina - many of them over 100 years old and Scottish designed while golfers can combine some fantastic golf with sampling some of the finest and cheapest cuisine anywhere in the world.
Peralta added: "Argentina is not often mentioned when it comes to golf. People know about our steaks and our wine but are now discovering our courses.
"The game in our country has a lot of history and my father always says you can smell Scotland if you close your eyes.
"The golf is great and everything is also very cheap. You can spend a week in Buenos Aires which includes five rounds of golf, caddies, your accommodation and drinks after the game and it will cost you just £600.
"It's just a great place to play golf."
